Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Breakfast with Santa, Santa’s Grotto & Traditional Christmas Roast at Woodstocks Coffee House, 46–48 High Street, Burnham, SL1 7JP.

Booking and payment

Full payment is required when booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation issued.

Please check your chosen event, date, time and number of guests carefully. Your booking includes only the items described for your selected ticket and any paid extras shown in your confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations received at least 72 hours before your booked session starts qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are normally non-refundable. However, any amount retained will not exceed our actual net loss. We will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss, including trying to resell cancelled places, and refund any amount recovered or costs saved where applicable.

The same cancellation rules apply when reducing the number of guests in a booking.

To cancel, email Woodstockscoffeehouse@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 07565 972086, including your name, booking reference and session details. Notice is measured from when your message reaches us, rather than when we reply.

Changes to your booking

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date, time or guest details. Changes depend on availability and are only confirmed when we agree them in writing. Requesting a change does not automatically cancel or alter your original booking.

Arrival and attendance

Please arrive ready for your booked start time. Late arrival may shorten your experience, and we cannot guarantee admission to a later session.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit. Please book for the correct number of guests, following the attendance requirements shown for your event.

Food choices and allergies

For Breakfast with Santa, please provide the requested food choices and details of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

Contact us before booking if you need to discuss whether we can accommodate a particular requirement. Our kitchen handles allergens, so please speak with our team about suitability rather than assuming an item is allergen-free.

If we cancel or make a significant change

If Woodstocks cancels your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move to an available alternative.

If we significantly change your booked date, time or experience, you may accept the change or cancel for a full refund.
